EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Submit
Application

A space fee of $380.00 covers one display area and two exhibitor passes for all three days. Typical exhibitor space is 300 square feet. Larger and smaller spaces are available on a per square foot basis. Call for additional information.
No Charge for Parking
Exhibitors may provide their own tents, canopies, tables, and chairs, or rent equipment through Fox Creek Outdoors at discounted rates. Additional charges apply for water and electricity.
A 50% deposit is required within two weeks after submitting your application and the balance due September 28, 2007. Make checks payable to Fox Creek Outdoors.
Applications are due September 7th, 2007! Early applications get priority placement at select locations.
By submitting this application I certify that all the information is true and accurate, and understand that space will not be reserved until deposit is made. Deposits will not be refunded upon any exhibitor cancellation. Management has the right to accept or reject any application. In the event that an application is rejected, the deposit will be refunded.
